Primal Ruination

Delivers a critical direct hit to target and all enemies nearby it with a potency of 800 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies. Increases damage dealt when under an effect that raises critical hit rate or direct hit rate. Can only be executed while under the effect of Primal Ruination Ready. ※This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar. ※Primal Rend changes to Primal Ruination when requirements for execution are met.
