Deals fire damage with a potency of 600 to target and all enemies nearby it. Potency increases to 780 when used against targets weak to fire. Potency scales with item level. Cast and recast timer cannot be affected by status effects or gear attributes. Shares a recast timer with Judgment Bolt and Thunderstorm.
