Deals ice damage with a potency of 1,300. Mudra Combination: Ten→Jin or Chi→Jin Can only be executed while under the effect of Kassatsu. Triggers the cooldown of weaponskills, mudra, and Ninjutsu upon execution. ※This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar. ※Ninjutsu changes to Hyosho Ranryu when requirements for execution are met.
