Grants Nascent Flash to self and Nascent Glint to target party member. Nascent Flash Effect: Absorbs 100% of damage dealt as HP and reduces damage taken by 10% Nascent Glint Effect: Restores HP equaling that recovered by Nascent Flash and reduces damage taken by 10% Duration: 6s
