Cure Potency: 100 Additional Effect: Changes Adloquium to Manifestation and Concitation to Accession Additional Effect: Resets Emergency Tactics recast timer and reduces its recast timer to 1s Duration: 20s Effect cannot be stacked with Dissipation. Can only be executed while a faerie or Seraph is summoned and you are in combat.
